Cinematic Evopien workstation visual for the first working head and Core milestone

The first canonical Evopien identity now persists across repeated runs

The Jetson head platform now has working GPU acceleration, live camera capture, microphone input, speaker output, and a local Evopien Core software foundation. The first canonical Evopien identity was also created in persistent storage and returned unchanged across repeated application runs.

Completed: Head I/O and GPU execution were validated, the Core API and persistent database stack are running, and the same canonical Evopien identity was retrieved across repeated bootstrap runs instead of being recreated.
Known limit: This does not complete Milestone M1. User relationships, governed memory, privacy separation, the model gateway, speech and vision intelligence, audit flows, and physical actuation remain to be implemented and tested.

JetPack 7.2 is running on the first Jetson head workstation

JetPack 7.2 with Jetson Linux 39.2 is running from the 1 TB NVMe drive on the Jetson Orin Nano Super. The record documents the ISO installation, first-boot issue, system state, and the validation still required before audio and camera integration.

Completed: The official JetPack ISO was installed to NVMe, Ubuntu 24.04 reached the desktop, the NVIDIA package pass completed, and the first workstation record was created. Exact CUDA, Python, Docker, audio, and camera checks remain explicit follow-up items.
Known limit: This is a setup and implementation record, not yet evidence of an integrated head, Milestone M1, or a validated physical prototype.
