Purpose and stage
The site provides public information about a development-stage humanoid and embodied-AI programme. It is a project record and communication surface, not a product catalogue and not proof that planned capabilities are complete.
No online contracting
There is currently no checkout, subscription purchase, account registration, paid service, or automated contracting process on evopien.com. Any future commercial offering will require updated legal and consumer information before launch.
Intellectual property
The Evopien name, original visual identity, copy, diagrams, photographs, project materials, and unpublished implementation work are reserved unless a specific asset or repository licence states otherwise. Third-party names and rights remain with their respective owners.
Capability claims
Principles, design objectives, research targets, concept visuals, purchases, and plans are not automatically demonstrated, validated, certified, or deployed capabilities. Contextual status labels and dated development records define the current state.

Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, or other external services are provided for reference. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, content, security, and availability conditions.
Technical availability
The site may be changed, corrected, suspended, or unavailable during maintenance or infrastructure failures. Experimental project information may change as engineering decisions evolve.
Corrections and notices
Material factual errors, attribution concerns, rights questions, or project notices can be sent to the project email. Public records may be corrected while preserving an appropriate dated history.
