Current development
The September 11 freeze preserves the local/cloud demo. A separate development branch now has durable synthetic memory, reviewed bilingual input and current-rights controls. Its reported memory gate passed 903/903 methods with zero required skips. On September 16, a different 634-test run verified the narrow bilingual revoke/refusal/login/fresh-reply diagnostic. The current focus is the governed-memory integration with Hindsight; the head components have now arrived. Full MS-07, MS-08, MS-09 and MS-10 acceptance remains open.

The Thor-generation identity was created exactly once at MS-06 with declared engineering lineage and no imported archived state. Foundation v1.2 remains controlling. The unapproved Alpha v0.3 founder-review draft proposes later evidence across three separately enrolled informed non-founder adults plus the founder/operator, with distinct relationships, private/shared memory rules, deterministic governance, correction, deletion, and auditability.

Why the proof matters
A private memory belonging to one person should never be placed in another person's model context merely because the model has been instructed not to reveal it.

The head components have arrived, and our Bambu Lab A1 is set up. Thank you to Seeed Studio for supporting this stage. We aim to complete the current Hindsight integration checks this week, then begin hardware work in the week of 28 September. The new record shows the actual delivery and clearly labelled head/body concepts.
The September 16 checkpoint retains its failed actual-model probes and independent deployment/recovery gates. The new hardware arrival and Hindsight work do not close those earlier acceptance requirements.
